HIGH PROTEIN BREAKFAST ON THE GO⚡️ Launching the first recipe in my high protein breakfast series, where I will be sharing a different breakfast idea everyday for 7 days! ? This on-the-go breakfast is a personal favourite of mine, including foods from all the food groups to keep you full and elevate your mornings ? ?Protein - Eggs ?Carbs - Wrap ?Veggies - Spinach ? Dairy - Cheese Ingredients: 3 eggs 1 wholewheat wrap Spinach Salt, pepper, paprika Optional: grated cheddar, Sriracha Method: Step 1: In a jug crack the eggs and mix in the salt, pepper and paprika Step 2: Pour the contents into a frying pan on a low heat Step 3: Whilst the egg starts cooking sprinkle on the grated cheese Step 4: Add the wrap onto and press down lightly Step 5: Once the egg has cooked flip the wrap over, add the spinach and sriracha then fold the wrap in hand Step 6: Allow the wrap to toast for a few minutes on each side ? 1 servings ⏰ 15 minute meal ? tag @revivewithjess in your creations!
