Enhance your scrambled eggs with turmeric for an extra immune boost! ⚡️ Ingredients: Splash oil 1 garlic clove, minced 100g spinach 4 eggs 50ml milk 2 tsp grated turmeric Method: Step 1: To a frying pan add the oil and garlic, lightly fry and add the spinach with a splash of water Step 2: In a jug add the eggs, milk and turmeric - mix well Step 3: Pour the mixture into the pan stirring occasionally for 5-10 minutes Step 4: Serve alone or with toast! ? 2 servings ⏰ 10 minute meal ? tag @revivewithjess in your creations!
